EWA is designed for women who want more than just a workout plan. Whether you're a busy professional, a mum juggling responsibilities, or someone who's tried everything and felt stuck—this is for you. We work with babes who are ready to address both the physical and mental aspects of transformation. Athletes looking to break through mental barriers are also welcome!
Perfect! EWA welcomes all experience levels, from complete newbies to advanced athletes. Your program is tailored to where you are right now. Beginners get foundational movement patterns and progressive overload designed for your level, while experienced lifters get advanced programming to push past plateaus.
Both options are supported! During your onboarding, we discuss your available equipment and training environment. Programs can be designed for fully-equipped gyms, home setups with minimal equipment, or a hybrid approach. We work with what you have access to.
Nutrition coaching is lifestyle-tailored, not restrictive diet plans. We focus on sustainable habits that fit your life, preferences, and goals. Depending on your program tier, you'll receive guidance ranging from foundational principles to fully customised nutrition strategies updated regularly.
Check-ins vary by program. 1:1 clients have direct access to Ari and scheduled coaching calls. Tailored program members have weekly written check-ins and group coaching calls. App members participate in weekly community check-ins and have access to group calls. All check-ins focus on progress, adjustments, and keeping you accountable.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a set of techniques that help reprogram thought patterns and behaviours. In coaching, we use NLP to address the mental blocks that sabotage your progress—things like self-doubt, fear of failure, negative self-talk, and limiting beliefs. It's what makes EWA different from programs that only focus on the physical.
We recommend committing to your program for best results. However, we understand life happens. App access and Tailored programs are week-to-week. 1:1 coaching spots are limited and typically involve an initial commitment to ensure we can deliver real results together.
